In this Privacy Policy, the Company will provide customers (also referred to as “you” or “your”) with detailed information on how and where we use your personal data that we have collected and which measures are taken to protect your privacy.

Personal details provided for subscription will be transferred to a separate database (or a separate filing cabinet if printed) and retained according to internal policies and other applicable laws and regulations (see “Retention and Usage Period”); it will be destroyed after a certain period.
Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for any purposes other than retention, unless required by applicable laws.

- Personal information stored as an electronic file is destroyed using a technical or physical method such that records cannot be reproduced, and personal information printed on paper is shredded or destroyed by incineration.

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties in principle, except for:

(2) when the investigation agency requests to disclose the personal information in accordance with the procedures and methods stipulated by applicable laws.
